Cancellation / Rescheduling policy
DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION will be allowed upon contact with the customer and prior confirmation from Pousada ITAPARÁ at least 90 days in advance.
FAILURE TO APPEAR on the date reserved for the shipment of land / air transfers will cause your package to be considered used, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
