     In order to validate the reservation we need your complete details so that they are sent to our team at the hotel, land transfers in Manaus and air transfers to the inn.

Cancellation / Rescheduling policy

​

• DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATION will be allowed upon contact with the customer and prior confirmation from Pousada ITAPARÁ at least 90 days in advance.

• FAILURE TO APPEAR on the date reserved for the shipment of land / air transfers will cause your package to be considered used, and you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

• PACKAGES WILL NOT BE CANCELED until the day the package starts WITHOUT a refund of the amounts paid.

• PACKAGES WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED in the event of cancellation due to incidental or adverse events.

 

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

 

     When making the reservation, the guest declares for the due purposes that he is aware of the risks involved in fishing activities in the Amazon region, such as:

• Never go into the forest or even go hiking, swimming or diving, or even walk on the bank of the river or lake, without the presence and authorization of guides from the inn.

• Always wear glasses, as hooks, artificial baits, garages and other equipment can be tricky.

• Watch out for wild animals. It may seem funny, but even close to the inn, alligators, rays, snakes and insects are always present and can be dangerous and even kill.
